Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a Guest Services Representative (PRN) in the Atlanta area to provide hospitality services to oncology patients and their families. You will orient patients to the Outpatient Accommodations and hospital facilities, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding expectations.

As a member of Guest Services, you will deliver thorough, responsive customer service and feedback to patients and employees, upholding the organization’s mission and standards in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to oncology patients and families.
• Orient patients to Outpatient Accommodations and hospital facilities.
• Deliver courteous, responsive service and feedback to patients and staff.
• Represent Guest Services by upholding City of Hope's standards and service commitments.

The successful candidate:

Provides hospitality services to oncology patients and their families. Puts patients’ needs first, exhibiting sensitivity to the needs of patients and their family members. Orients them to the Outpatient Accommodations and hospital facilities to facilitate a positive experience, striving to exceed expectations. Caters to all clientele and provides exemplary service to those in his or her care. Consistently demonstrates service excellence by delivering thorough, responsive feedback to all patients and employees. Represents the Guest Services department by upholding the Mission, Vision, Values, Promise and Service Standards of the organization to deliver exceptional customer service at City of Hope Atlanta.
