Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, clinical healthcare experience, or related field with substantial healthcare knowledge.
• 3-5 years of work experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, develops, and retains exceptional care givers and provides an environment that fosters excellence.
• Collaborates with HR and managers to ensure staffing and scheduling.
• Oversees program development, budget, quality reporting, and financial preparation for Oncology.
