Job summary
OSF HealthCare in Rockford, IL seeks an RN Manager of Oncology Services to provide clinical and operational leadership for oncology across the cancer continuum, ensuring safe, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.
The role oversees daily operations, staffing, budgeting, program growth, and implementation of evidence-based practices while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, pharmacy, radiation oncology and other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (required).
- 3 years’ clinical/healthcare experience; 2 years supervisory/management; 1 year Oncology Nursing in outpatient setting.
- Illinois RN license; OCN certification or within 3 years; Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification or within 3 months; CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of oncology services and related compliance.
- Lead nursing practice, staffing, budgeting, and program growth.
