Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 3 years’ work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• 1 year of Oncology Nursing in an Outpatient setting.
• Illinois Registered Nurse License.
• OCN or eligible within 3 years of hire.
• Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification or within 3 months of hire.
• Oncology Certified Nurse Certification or ONCC.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Oncology clinic and infusion billing experience.
• Clinic operations in HOD setting.
• Knowledge of business and management theory, information systems theory and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for oncology services.
• Oversee daily operations, nursing practice, staffing, regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Promote coordinated care with physicians, APPs, pharmacy and other departments.
• Support program growth and implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Assist in the development and administration of services to achieve fiscal year plans.
