Job summary

Compass Oncology’s Vancouver Cancer Center, part of The US Oncology Network, seeks a dynamic Manager of Nursing Services to lead RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant teams. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and a collaborative, compliant work environment.

You will partner with physicians and leadership to drive education, staffing, and performance initiatives while fostering professional development and a patient-centered

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
Oncology certification preferred.
RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing; CPR certification required.
Minimum five years actively practicing as an RN, including at least three years oncology.
Minimum three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight: oversee nursing and medical assistant clinical support activities.
Staff Development: ensure staffing levels, competency testing, and scheduling efficiency.
Other Duties As Assigned: supervise nurse leads and take on additional duties.
