Colorado Urology is seeking a Cancer Services Manager to lead nursing and support staff across the cancer service line. You will manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and budgetary oversight to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians, navigators, pharmacy, and radiation therapy to streamline care, drive quality outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance within united cancer services.

Qualificações

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• BSN required.
• Oncology nursing experience recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct leadership and oversight to nursing and support staff within the cancer service line.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor variances and report to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvements across the service line.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
