Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of oncology experience.
• Experience in nursing education or staff development preferred.
• Professional certification required within 3 years of hire (NPD-BC, Oncology-specific, or other).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical oncology expertise and participates in staff education.
• Develops and evaluates educational programs for nursing staff.
• Mentors and guides nursing staff and collaborates with the NPCS team.
• Coordinates orientation and onboarding activities for new employees.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards through training and audits.
