• Current RN license in MA and/or NH as job requires.

• Professional certification (NPD-BC, Oncology-specific, or other) within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates oncology clinical practice expertise; identify improvement opportunities and implement new practices.
• Support nurses in symptom distress management related to cancer and its treatment.
• Assess patient and family learning needs; design educational strategies and evaluate teaching outcomes.
• Provide mentoring and collaborate with CPS and multidisciplinary teams to improve care outcomes.
• Lead education coordination, orientation, and competency assessment within the clinical area.
