Pro Med, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Navigator RN - Oncology in Portland, Oregon. This full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift role supervises a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators and supports the Director of Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience.

The RN supervisor will uphold nursing standards, provide direct navigation services to a designated patient group, and guide the navigator team in daily workflows and assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• OCN within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• 3 years of relevant oncology RN experience.
• Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position. Pay Range: $ 60.35 - $ 95.27.
• Supervise a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators.
• Assist the Director Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience with daily supervision of RN Navigators daily activities and workflows.
• Uphold standards of nursing practice to include ONS ONN core competencies.
