Pro Med, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Navigator RN - Oncology in Portland, Oregon. This full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift role supervises a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators and supports the Director of Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience.

The RN supervisor will uphold nursing standards, provide direct navigation services to a designated patient group, and guide the navigator team in daily workflows and assigned duties.

Competenze

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• OCN within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• 3 years of relevant oncology RN experience.
• Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Supervisor Navigator RN - Oncology

Supervisor Navigator RN at four (4) Cancer Institutes wherein you will supervise a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators.

This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position. Pay Range: $ 60.35 - $ 95.27.

The Supervisor, RN Navigator assists the Director Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience with daily supervision of RN Navigators daily activities and workflows. Upholds standards of nursing practice to include ONS ONN core competencies. As a working supervisor, this position will provide direct navigation services to a pre-selected group of patients, while supporting the RN Navigator team in a Supervisory role.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• OCN within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• 3 years of relevant oncology RN experience.
• Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years as an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
• Care management and/or clinical trial experience.
• Supervisory experience.
