Job summary

MaineHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the Oncology program in the Southern Maine region. This full-time role combines direct patient care with supervisory duties of RN/MA teams and collaboration with Infusion Therapy.

The ideal candidate has oncology experience and leadership skills, and will guide patients through care pathways within the organization. Expect a Monday–Friday clinical schedule with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or must complete BSN within three years of start date.
• License/Certifications: Current RN license; Oncology certification or plan to achieve certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Sanford, Maine practice.
• Supervise RN and MA team members and provide mentorship.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and supervise clinical tasks.
• Coordinate patient care with Infusion Therapy and other oncology leaders.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
