Join our multidisciplinary team to support patients, families, and caregivers through the oncology journey from diagnosis to end of life care.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacy, social work, and community services
• Provide phone triage for patient care and symptom management
• Manage logistics for patient continuity of care, including prescriptions and referrals
• Assist with sterile procedures such as bone marrow biopsies
• Participate in tumor boards and department committees

Education & Experience:

• 2-3 years of recent oncology nursing experience
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
• BSN preferred; OCN/ONS certification preferred (must obtain within one year if not certified)
