Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator in Beverly, MA. This RN role supports patients and families from diagnosis through end-of-life care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform home-based phone triage, coordinate referrals, manage oral prescriptions, and participate in tumor boards and committees. Cross-campus Float to IV Infusion as needed between Beverly and Gloucester; 32 hours/week, day shift.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of oncology nursing experience.
• Graduate - approved School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred; OCN/ONS preferred (within one year if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Provide phone triage to support patient care and symptom management from home.
• Pilot all logistics to maintain continuity of care including oral prescription management, referral maintenance and follow up care.
• Assist hematology/oncology physicians in sterile procedures (bone marrow biopsies).
• Act as an active member on multidisciplinary tumor boards and department committees.
• Float to IV Infusion as needed; cross-campus between Beverly and Gloucester.
