Responsibilities

• Collect and submit protocol forms, test results and data.
• Fulfill reporting to the Investigation Review Board.
• Maintain thorough records including dosing modifications and adverse reactions.
• Participate in protocol reviews and audits of activities.
• Serve on Oncology Subcommittee and cancer committee; participate in tumor board.
• Assist in designing protocols, workflows and policies; educate leadership and team.
