Providence Oregon Regional Shared Services is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to guide cancer patients through the continuum of care. This RN will triage physical, psychological and social needs, offer interventions and referrals, and help patients participate in their treatment decisions.

The role emphasizes education to ease the cancer journey, empower patients, and support survivorship planning where applicable.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire (American Heart Association).
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) within 18 months of hire.
• At least 3 years of Oncology experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the cancer care continuum and triage patient needs.
• Educate patients and families to reduce stress and empower participation in care decisions.
• Assist with survivorship planning and referrals as needed.
