Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years or more of Oncology nursing experience required.
• OCN certification preferred but not required upon hiring.
• OCN or ONN-CG certification required within timeframe established upon hire.
• Three years of nursing experience. Five years is preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indiana (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to identify patients' needs and coordinate services.
• Educate patients on disease processes and monitor/coordinate care.
• Facilitate access to services across the cancer care continuum.
• Support with available resources for seamless care coordination.
• Work at the North Cancer Center covering malignant hematological cancers.
• Partner with Community MD Anderson to integrate cancer services.
