Job summary

Coastal Cancer Center seeks a registered nurse to join our patient-centered oncology team in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will prepare patients, administer chemotherapy, monitor vital signs, and document care to ensure high-quality treatment for our patients.

Ideal candidates will have nursing licensure in SC, be able to obtain chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification within the first year, and pursue OCN certification within three years. Outpatient oncology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Prefer outpatient oncology/chemotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and provides treatment per provider orders.
• Monitors and records vital signs (temp, BP, pulse, resp, O2).
• Calculates drug doses and administers chemotherapy/immunotherapy.
• Documents services in the patient record and prioritizes timely billing events.
