Job summary

The Premier Health system seeks a Master’s prepared Nursing leader to guide Oncology Nurse Navigation across surgical, GYN, head and neck, thoracic, hematology, and breast centers. The role develops, implements, and reviews processes to improve patient care and navigation across services.

Responsibilities include building physician relationships, mentoring nurse navigators, and fostering innovation in cancer care delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Nursing or Hospital Administration.
• Licensed to Practice Nursing in the State of Ohio and CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in oncology patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement and review Oncology Nurse Navigation processes across Premier Health.
• Lead Oncology Nurse Navigators across surgical, GYN, head and neck, thoracic, cancer prevention and hematology oncology.
• Foster physician relations, coach staff, and drive innovation in cancer care delivery.
