• Lead and oversee the oncology nurse navigation program and staff.
• Collaborate with nursing, physician and administrative leaders to align priorities.
• Develop scalable workflows, staffing models and onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs and quality programs to improve access and patient outcomes.
• Manage program budgets and CMS billing preparations where applicable.
