Qualifications

• RN license defined by primary work state (Idaho or Oregon) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 5 years of nursing experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required at hire (ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS).
• Other certifications may be required as identified in SAHS Certification Crosswalk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the department 24/7.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Monitor organizational performance and manage resources effectively.
• Lead performance management and quality improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and Medical Staff for planning.
