Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System’s St. Luke’s Cancer Institute in Boise is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead the Clinical Oncology team, partnering with an experienced leadership group to drive quality outcomes and staff development.

This full-time role oversees daily nursing operations, staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance while promoting safe patient care and continuous improvement. Oncology nursing experience and leadership capabilities are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• 5+ years RN experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Oncology and/or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations, patient care, and staff performance.
• Lead recruitment, development, coaching, and evaluation of nursing team members.
• Drive quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage department resources, budgets, and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
