Bayer in Irvine, CA is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator (ONE) to provide oncology clinical education to healthcare professionals across Orange County, San Diego, and Hawaii. The role emphasizes nursing leadership, product knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The ONE will travel 60–75% to territory sites, partnering with AGMs, RADs, ORMs, and field teams to execute education initiatives and build lasting professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in oncology/urology

Qualifications

Current nursing licensure (RN, NP, or APN).
BSN required.
3–5 years oncology clinical experience preferred.
Strong presentation, platform, and facilitation skills.
Ability to collaborate across functions and drive education initiatives.
Willingness and ability to travel 60–75% within territory.

Responsibilities

Educate healthcare professionals on oncology therapies and product safety/efficacy data.
Build relationships with key accounts to develop clinical education plans.
Coordinate with AGMs, RADs, ORMs, RTSs, and field sales for ONE education initiatives.
Deliver education on dosing, patient identification, and safe use of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on pre-planning and execution of account-based initiatives.
Integrate into regional field team operations and participate in meetings.
