Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator for the Tennessee Valley region. The role involves educating healthcare professionals on oncology therapies, building key account relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Travel up to 60–75% across MO, KY, TN, and IL areas is required. The ideal candidate holds an RN/NP/APN license with a BSN, 3–5 years oncology experience, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Current nursing license (RN/NP/APN).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
3–5 years oncology clinical experience with strong clinical acumen.
Strong presentation, platform, and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

Exhibit proficiency in oncology product safety, efficacy data, and cancer disease states for which Bayer products are indicated.
Build relationships with key accounts and develop clinical education plans that meet customer needs.
Collaborate with AGMs, RADs, ORMs, RTS, and field-based sales to align education initiatives.
Educate healthcare professionals on products and disease states, including dosing and safe use.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners on pre-planning and execution of account-based initiatives.
Participate in regional field team operations and meetings.
Communicate account updates regularly to cross-functional partners.
Lead in a collaborative environment and maintain relationships with KOLs and nursing professionals.
