Job summary

AbbVie Oncology is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Educator to engage with allied healthcare professionals and provide product and disease education across approved therapies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Current active HCP license
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience. Recent clinical Hematology experience required; recent multiple myeloma preferred
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients
• Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical and strong presentation skills
• Ability to travel 50% and drive a company vehicle if needed

Responsibilities

• Educate allied health care clinicians on patient management, dosing and administration
• Provide education programs through 1:1 presentations/in-services and other approved methods
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations and medical teams
• Attend internal meetings and support staff at exhibits and events
• Document customer interactions and educational activities, manage resources
