Medical Faculty Associates, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator to offer individualized support to patients and families, helping them overcome healthcare barriers and access timely, quality cancer care.

The role provides education and resources across hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, breast cancer, and gynecologic cancers. You will collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, social workers, and navigators; triage calls and portal inquiries;

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
• Current DC RN license or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care plans for patients.
• Coordinate referrals and care with the health care team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments.
• Triager patient calls and portal inquiries; ensure follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, social workers, and navigators.
