Job summary

New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) on the Upper East Side is seeking an APP to manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

In This Role, You Will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support preoperative and postoperative care, delivering patient-centered care to improve outcomes and experiences.

Qualifications

• Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for preoperative and postoperative care.
• Deliver patient-centered care to improve outcomes and experiences.
