Qualifications
- BS/MS in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biochemistry or related field.
- 3+ years hands-on molecular biology lab experience, biotech/pharma preferred.
- Experience with DNA/RNA extraction, QC, and NGS library prep.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, optimizing, and validating oncology assays and workflows.
- Prepare DNA/RNA from samples and generate high-quality NGS libraries.
- Coordinate validation studies and external collaborations under deadlines.
- Evaluate new SOPs and provide feedback to improve procedures.
- Maintain detailed records and present findings in team meetings.
- Ensure safety, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
