Qualifications

• BS/MS in Molecular Biology or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on molecular biology lab experience (biotech/pharma preferred).
• Experience with cfDNA/cfRNA or FFPE sample processing is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Assay & Workflow Execution: Support R&D scientists in developing, optimizing, and validating novel oncology assays and workflows.
• Sample Prep & Library Generation: Extract DNA/RNA and prepare libraries for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
• Validation & Collaboration Studies: Process sample cohorts for assay validation and external collaborations.
• Protocol Refinement: Evaluate and improve SOPs based on front-line feedback.
• Documentation & Reporting: Track samples and present findings in team meetings.
• Compliance: Maintain safety, quality standards, and company policies.
