Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Oncology Multispecialty at Banner Boswell with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, and provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across the cancer journey.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient and family education, and adherence to professional standards in a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in oncology nursing is desirable.
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.
• Effective communication with physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and discharge needs.
• Formulate and revise care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver direct patient care and coordinate nursing activities.
• Document care in the patient record timely and accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in clinical leadership and quality improvement activities.
• Support the mission of Banner Health with patient-centered care.
