Responsibilities

• Performs patient care services and documents daily living activities.
• Responds to call lights and assists with care plans.
• Maintains supplies and equipment in the assigned area.
• Communicates patient needs to the healthcare team and supports planning.
• Participates in team activities and performance improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to safety rules and protects patient confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
