Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Associate Director, Oncology Medical Affairs Strategy Team Member to lead indication-specific medical strategy, develop integrated evidence plans, and guide tactics across the product lifecycle. You will combine scientific expertise with cross-functional collaboration to maximize medical affairs impact in the US.

You will work with CDMA and global partners to drive publication programs, advisory boards, and evidence generation, while advancing omnichannel

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional education levels may apply.
• Seven years of professional experience in scientific/clinical/medical affairs, including five years in strategic roles in pharma.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Trials, Regulatory or related oncology areas.
• Experience with drug development and data analysis for strategy development.
• Proven success leading publication and scientific communications programs.
• Ability to travel with some overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

• Develop launch strategies and integrated evidence plans for oncology products.
• Execute medical tactics, data releases, and evidence-generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, GTM, and Clinical Development teams.
• Lead medical strategy by identifying opportunities and risks.
• Lead publication, scientific communication, and congress strategies.
• Design advisory boards and expert engagements to inform decisions.
• Apply omnichannel engagement to optimize medical education and dissemination.
• Collaborate on budget planning and digital/omnichannel capabilities.
• Represent the CDMA TA team in governance and priority setting.
