Job summary

Compass Oncology, the largest multi-specialty medical oncology practice in the Pacific Northwest, is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technologist to join the Laboratory Team at our West Cancer Center in Tigard, OR.

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform high-quality tests, maintain equipment, train staff, and support patient care through accurate results while working in a collaborative oncology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science.
• Current state license if required; AMT, ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemistry, hematology and immunology tests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment; conduct routine QC and calibrations.
• Train staff and act as a resource for laboratory procedures.
• Assist with specimen collection and pre-authorization forms where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with safety policies.
