Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Zero to two years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Strong computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the site: escort patients, identify patients, obtain vital signs, document visit reasons, allergies, smoking history, and pharmacy information.
• Assist practitioners with ECGs, venipuncture, immunizations, procedure trays, specimen collection, and CLIA-waived testing as directed.
• Maintain exam rooms: stock supplies, disinfect equipment, monitor vaccine/medication inventory, and ensure clean, safe areas.
• Interact with patients and care team to promote satisfaction and effective communication in person and on the phone.
• Perform delegated procedures common to the specialty area in a safe, efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
