Illinois Cancer Specialists is seeking a Medical Assistant in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $19.00-$24.00 with Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401(k), HSA, generous PTO, and wellness perks.

Qualificações

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Two years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• CPR certification required, same as BLS.
• Certified Medical Assistant (preferred).
• Phlebotomy skills highly desired.
• Oncology experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms, physician offices, and treatment room as appropriate.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments in the electronic system.
• Provide collaborative nursing support and maintain efficient patient flow.
• Assist with procedures as requested.
• Administer appropriate injections.
• Take vitals.
• Answer or return patient calls for referrals to physician or nurse.
• Attend to patients' needs while they receive treatment.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments.
