Qualifications

• Medical Assistant with clinical and administrative duties.
• Experience taking vital signs and registering patients.
• Scheduling tests and coordinating labs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Send/receive patient records per HIPAA and regulations.
• Obtain lab/x-ray reports and schedule appointments.
• Prepare and manage charts to ensure information is filed correctly.
• Prepare patient rooms and maintain infection control between visits.
• Assist with patient transfers, walking, and specimen collection.
• Perform phlebotomy and EKGs, assist physicians during procedures.
• Comply with OSHA/CLIA/PA Department of Health requirements and confidentiality.
