Job summary

Florida Oncology and Hematology in Naples seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to assist physicians and RNs in patient care, including chemotherapy administration under supervision. You will document in OncoEMR and prepare superbills to ensure accurate charges.

The role requires IV therapy experience, CPR/BLS certification, English fluency, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility to work across AON locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license.
• Experience in IV therapy in clinic or hospital preferred.
• 40-hour IV certification mandatory or completed within 90 days of employment.
• Current CPR and BLS certification required.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license to travel to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately mix and administer chemotherapeutic agents under supervision.
• Document treatment in OncoEMR and prepare superbill.
• Triage patient calls and educate patients on medications and treatment.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of medical supplies.
• Port Access procedures performed as needed.
• Follow OSHA/ONS guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
