Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Eight-week orientation/training period; no prior experience required.
• 1 year lab experience and/or college-level science coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen analysis of waived and moderately complex tests.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment with routine maintenance.
• Adhere to QC policies; document calibrations and instrument maintenance.
• Process incoming orders; send specimens to reference laboratories as needed.
• Manage inventory; prepare reagents and restock supplies.
• Comply with OSHA and Joint Commission standards.
