AONC American Oncology Network is seeking a laboratory professional to perform routine blood tests, QC procedures, and specimen preparation at Zangmeister Cancer Center. The role requires attention to detail and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include operating hematology analyzers, centrifuges, and other instruments, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School education, required.
• Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in a lab setting, required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation).

• Perform laboratory testing, quality control, phlebotomy, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct manual and automated routine blood tests.
