Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a qualified laboratory technician for Low Country Cancer Care to perform routine tests, control quality, and maintain instruments. The role includes phlebotomy, specimen preparation, and operation of hematology analyzers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, equipment upkeep, safety/compliance adherence, and meticulous documentation. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, onsite at Low Country Cancer Care.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Minimum of two years’ lab experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic LIS usage.
• National labs certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specimen collection and testing per policy.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Document logs and monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
