Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Lewisville, TX seeks a Client Lab Coordinator - Oncology I to manage client communications, resolve test questions, and handle test order modifications for Oncology specimens. The role supports quality for customer satisfaction and Oncology White Glove Services. Onsite presence is required.

Pay range is $23.56+ per hour, with potential annual bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, wellness, 401(k), and tuition support opportunities among others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years clinical laboratory, customer service, specimen handling and/or problem resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, fax or email regarding results, test questions, and client needs.
• Document call history in required systems with complete, accurate records.
• Provide laboratory results to clients using established protocols.
• Investigate testing interface pending orders and resolve issues.
• Cancel or delete testing following established protocols.
• Support priority handling of samples with limited stability impacting client care.
• Resolve sample issues including accessioning, labeling and delivery to testing bench.
• Interact with clients to resolve specialized testing questions and communicate with internal departments.
