Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Client Lab Coordinator - Oncology I to support client communications, answer questions about tests, and handle test order modifications for Oncology specimens. This position is critical to quality and customer satisfaction within Oncology White Glove Services.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you will learn compliance regulations related to Oncology test ordering and may be eligible for annual performance bonus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in clinical laboratory, customer service, specimen handling or problem resolution.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Knowledge of test ordering and lab terminology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, fax or email regarding test results and services.
• Document call history and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide lab results to clients using established protocols.
• Investigate and resolve specialized testing interface pending orders.
• Cancel or modify testing using established protocols.
• Coordinate with technical/medical staff to avoid delays and service failures.
