Job summary

The START Center for Cancer Research in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in the Investigational Drug Section to verify orders, supervise IDS staff, and provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care within an oncology setting.

The role requires ACPE-accredited pharmacy education and a current state license, with experience in hospital/clinic pharmacy and sterile compounding for chemotherapy as preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Current State license.
• Previous hospital/clinic pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and ensure dosage accuracy and eligibility criteria.
• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, supervising technicians.
• Provide pharmaceutical care including patient counseling and drug information.
