Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state Pharmacy License.
• IV Certification required.
• Chemotherapy Certification required.
• Experience with investigational drug services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee protocol compliance and quality control for study-related activities.
• Participate in site initiation visits and protocol reviews.
• Train and supervise IDS pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure proper inventory, documentation, and drug accountability for IP.
• Maintain adherence to GCP, GMP, USP<797>/<800> and SOPs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient safety and care in trials.
