• Acquire and document all prior authorizations before the first visit.
• Assess patient financial ability and discuss payment arrangements.
• Educate patients on financial assistance programs and assist with forms.
• Complete Patient Cost Estimate forms and forward to billing.
• Verify demographics and insurance in the EMR at visits.
