Qualifications

• BSN or higher in healthcare; MBA considered
• Minimum 5 years oncology nursing experience as an RN
• Current CA RN license required
• ONS chemotherapy certification within 1 year of hire
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification required
• Strong leadership and staff development skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily infusion program operations
• Recruit, train, and mentor infusion nurses
• Provide safety guidance and patient care leadership in infusion room
• Coordinate with physicians and leadership to meet patient experience goals
• Ensure regulatory compliance and nursing documentation accuracy
• Drive quality improvement and performance metrics across the program
