Job summary

The Los Angeles Cancer Network is seeking an experienced Infusion Manager to lead the daily operations of our oncology infusion services in Orange, CA. This exempt, full-time role requires strong clinical background in infusion therapy and proven leadership within a busy oncology setting.

Responsibilities include staffing, compliance with federal/state regulations, collaboration with oncologists and pharmacy teams, and ongoing process improvements to enhance patient safety and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; CA RN license required for leadership role.
• Minimum five years of clinical oncology/infusion experience.
• Three years of progressive leadership in infusion centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily infusion center operations and staffing.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and staff.
• Develop schedules and monitor performance metrics.
