Job summary

Allina Health Cancer Institute Saint Paul is seeking an Oncology Infusion RN for 0.8 FTE. The role supports infusion of chemotherapy and biotherapy with day/evening shifts, no weekends, and 32 hours per two-week pay period.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary hematology/oncology team, perform patient assessments, education, and documentation, and adhere to nurse practice acts and policy-rich standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing required.
• 1+ years ambulatory oncology RN experience with IV insertion skills.
• 1+ years peripheral IV insertion skills and/or phlebotomy beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of chemotherapy, biotherapy and supportive care per policy.
• Complete patient assessment and education.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and maintain continuity.
• Documentation of care per policies and practice.
• Uphold accountability for assigned patients and comply with protocols.
