The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician at Wellstar Health System provides chemotherapy and targeted therapies in an outpatient infusion setting on the Cobb Hospital campus, with local travel to Austell clinics as needed. You will deliver safe patient care under the direction of Infusion Therapy leadership, ensuring age-appropriate and culturally sensitive care.

• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Experience with chemotherapy and targeted therapies in oncology infusion.
• Provides patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and age-appropriate considerations.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers chemotherapy and other therapies in an outpatient infusion setting.
• Maintains chemotherapy competency and adheres to safety standards and regulations.
• Partners with patients and families to support education and informed decisions.
• Participates in staff education, in-services, and performance improvement initiatives.
