Wellstar Health System’s Cobb Hospital seeks a qualified RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician to deliver chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies in an outpatient infusion setting. You will provide patient-centered care, mentor staff, and uphold nursing standards per Georgia law and ANA code of ethics.

You will support colleagues across the Austell area, participate in staff education, and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and knowledgeable about the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
• Experience administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, antineoplastic agents, and targeted therapies.
• Ability to provide safe, age-appropriate, culturally aware patient care and education.

Responsabilités

• Performs Nursing Process in oncology infusion with evidence-based practice to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Delivers patient-centered care and collaborates with the care team across disciplines.
• Mentors and precepts new nurses; participates in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education.
• Promotes evidence-based practice, professional development, and participate in performance improvement.
