Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• ASHP General or Administrative Residency preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile product preparations and quality systems to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Allocate resources and supervise staffing for chemotherapy and sterile compounding programs.
• Develop performance standards and conduct staff evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate staff training and competency development across the department.
• Monitor drug orders, sterile manufacturing processes, and staffing coverage for shifts.
